Aino Health AB (publ): signs contract with ArcelorMittal
Aino Health Germany GmbH has signed a contract with the German steel and mining company ArcelorMittal regarding use of Aino's health management services at the factory in Neuwied. The deal is the first on the German market for Aino Health.
The agreement includes that ArcelorMittal will be using Aino Health's health management platform and services during an evaluation period of about six months, starting from March 2018. ArcelorMittal has the option of expanding the solution to encompass other units. The deal is considered by Aino Health to be strategically important.
The project includes managing and decreasing health-related costs, as well as supporting the HR department and line organisation with correct information and tools, in order to attain ArcelorMittal's targets in the field of employee health.
The project encompasses data gathering and analysis of statistics, workshops and implementation of the digital platform HealthManager. Aino Health will assist the client with change processes and support to line managers with staff responsibility.
