Announcement from Nordic Transport Group A/S regarding consolidation with NeuroSearch and notification from Nasdaq to NeuroSearch

NeuroSearch A/S ("NeuroSearch") has today received the attached announcement from Nordic Transport Group ("NTG)".

Proposals will be made to the Annual General Meeting of NeuroSearch to be held on 29 April 2019 with a view to being able to carry out a consolidation of NeuroSearch and NTG in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The complete proposals, including motivation and the NeuroSearch board of directors’ recommendations, will be made public when NeuroSearch convenes the Annual General Meeting no later than on 5 April 2019.

NeuroSearch has received notification from Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S that Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S will initiate a process in which the stock exchange will decide whether NeuroSearch's shares may still be admitted to trading, unless NeuroSearch essentially follows the plan for consolidation with NTG in accordance with the above timetable.
