Announcement regarding the election of the Chairperson and deputy of the Council of JSC “Olainfarm”, as well as the changes in JSC “Olainfarm” Management Board

JSC  Olainfarm hereby informs about the following decisions taken by its Supervisory Council on  September 4, 2018:

• Elect Pavels Rebenoks to be the Chairman of the Council of JSC “Olainfarm”;
• Elect Irina Maligina to be the deputy Chairperson of the Council of JSC “Olainfarm”;
• Remove Lauris Macijevskis from position of Board member of JSC Olainfarm as of  September 4, 2018;
• Appoint Inga Krūkle to the position of the Board member with rights of separate representation.
