Change in significant shareholding

On November 12, 2018, JSC "Olainfarm" received a notification  by shareholder Irina Maligina stating that since November 6, 2018, the form of participation of I.Maligina has changed: from direct to indirect. The notice has been submitted due to the change of participation form: the shares of AS Olainfarm inthe  total of 7.79% have been invested in the newly founded company OLFIM OÜ, registered office: Harju county, Pudisoo village, Männimäe, 74626, in which Irina Maligina is the sole shareholder of the share capital.
