Changes to the Management Board of AS Olainfarm

JSC Olainfarm hereby informs about the following decisions taken by its Supervisory Council on April 01, 2019:

• To recall  Inga Krūkle from the position of Board member of AS Olainfarm;
• Appoint Lauris Macijevskis to the position of the Board member as of 1^st of April, 2019 with rights of separate representation
