Envigo Announces Termination of Transaction Agreement with Avista Healthcare Public Acquisition Corp.

EAST MILLSTONE, N.J., Feb. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Envigo International Holdings, Inc. ("AHPAC") has been terminated by mutual agreement, due to unfavorable market conditions.
