Following earlier information provided regarding the delay on the publication of the Annual Report 2017 mainly due to technical issues which have now been identified, Esperite regrets to inform that the issuance of the Annual Report will be further delayed despite the effort spent over the last months.

Esperite N.V will communicate as soon as a release date is foreseen.
