Information regarding acquisition or disposal of a major holding

Joint Stock Company “Grindeks” hereby informs that it has received notifications of a an acquisition of a major holding from “Liplat Holding” Ltd., where Kirovs Lipmans holds 43.33%, „Dashdirect Limited” holds 34.95%,  Anna Lipmane holds 21.67%, and Filips Lipmans holds 0.05% in a result of changes of “Liplat Holding” Ltd. share capital.
