Information regarding acquisition or disposal of a major holding

Joint Stock Company “Grindeks” hereby informs that it has received notifications of an acquisition of a major holding from “Liplat Holding” Ltd.

After execution of the mandatory redemption of shares “Liplat Holding” Ltd., whose owners are Kirovs Lipmans, Anna Lipmane, Filips Lipmans and “Dashdirect Limited”, holds 92.81% of Joint Stock Company “Grindeks” capital.
