Notice of Changes in the Supervisory Council of JSC Olainfarm

The Joint Stock Company Olainfarm hereby informs about the receipt of the notice from the member of the Council of the Joint Stock Company "Olainfarm" Signe Baldere-Sildedze on leaving the Supervisory Council as of September 11, 2018.

Joint stock company Olainfarm declares that resignation of the member of the Supervisory Council does not affect the work of the Council of the Joint Stock Company "Olainfarm", the Council has a quorum and continues its activities in the following list:

- Pavel Rebenok, Chairman of the Council;
- Irina Maligina, Deputy Chairman of the Council;
- Martins Kriekis, Member of the Council;
- Daina Sirlaka, Member of the Council.
