Dr. Cashman's presentation, entitled 

Misfolding Proteins in Neurodegenerative Diseases
 

describes the roles of toxic misfolded proteins as underlying drivers of multiple neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
