At the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the following resolution was passed:

Morten Mathiesen and Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard were elected to the Board of Directors. Karin Garre and Christian Lundgren resigned.

After the General Meeting the Board of Directors has elected Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard as chairman and Morten Mathiesen as vice chairman. The Board of Directors thus consists of Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard (chairman), Morten Mathiesen (vice chairman) and Allan Andersen.
