(Oslo, Norway, 21 September 2017) Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt, personal assistant to the chairman of the board of Solon Eiendom ASA, (through his wholly owned company Factum AS) has today acquired a forward contract with expiry date 21 March 2018 for 74,375 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 18.61 per share.
Following this transaction Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt directly and through Factum AS holds forward contracts for a total of 124,375 shares, equaling 0.256% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
