(Oslo, Norway, February 01, 2018)  Solon Eiendom ASA CEO Andreas Martinussen (through his wholly owned company John Galt AS) has today bought 50,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 21.8681 per share.

Following this transaction Andreas Martinussen through John Galt AS holds 766,667 shares, equalling 1.43% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.

Andreas Martinussen further holds 750,000 options in the Company.
