Solon Eiendom ASA : Primary insider notification

(Oslo, Norway, 21 March 2018) Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt, personal assistant to the chairman of the board of Solon Eiendom ASA, (through his wholly owned company Factum AS) has today rolled over a forward contract for 74,375 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA. The new contract expires on 27 August 2018 at a strike price of NOK 18.81 per share.

Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt, directly and through his wholly owned company Factum AS, holds forward contracts for a total of 124,375 shares, equaling 0.233 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
