Solon Eiendom ASA : Primary insider notification
(Oslo, Norway, May 02, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen has today transferred 4,000,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA from his wholly owned company Hortulan AS at a price of NOK 25.00 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen holds 4,000,000 shares privately and 10,695,000 shares through Hortulan AS, equaling 27.49 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
