Solon Eiendom ASA : Sales in Q1 2018

Oslo, April 3, 2018 - Solon Eiendom sold 124 homes with a total sales value of NOK 819 million during the first quarter of 2018 compared to 58 homes with a total sales value of NOK 407 million in the first quarter of 2017.

Q1 2018 sales are all time for the company as a result of highly successful sales starts for our projects in Ski, Nesodden and Lier. At quarter end, 96% of the 145 planned deliveries in 2018 have already been sold.

In Q1 2018, 86 homes were completed, 84 delivered, compared to 27 completed, and 24 delivered in Q1 2017. Adjusted for Solon Eiendom's share of joint ventures, sales in Q1 2018 amounted to 114 homes worth NOK 724 million.

The company had 189 homes under construction at March 31, 2018.
