TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. Awarded Group Purchasing Agreement With Premier

09-11-2017

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 09, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. (“TOMI”) (OTCQX:TOMZ), a global decontamination company that specializes in disinfection/decontamination sales and services, including SteraMist™, a hydrogen peroxide-based mist/fog registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) for use as a hospital-healthcare disinfectant, was added to the list of approved suppliers for the healthcare improvement company, Premier, effective November 3rd.

Group purchasing organizations (GPOs) were originally established to pool the purchasing power of hospitals and other healthcare providers in order to receive significant discounts on much needed medical supplies. Premier, which operates a leading GPO, unites thousands of U.S. hospitals and more than 150,000 additional provider organizations. For TOMI™, this inclusion offers another opportunity to further penetrate the hospital healthcare market.

This multi-use, broad-based technology can be incorporated into all areas of a hospital environment and many hospitals across the country have already successfully integrated the SteraMist technology into their routine cleaning protocols. SteraMist is currently on the EPA’s List K for Registered Antimicrobial Products. Additionally, TOMI™ has met the requirements and submitted to be included on EPA Lists L and M.

TOMI is excited to start building a mutually beneficial relationship with the Premier network to deliver the best disinfection technology on the market today. Elissa Shane, Operations and Compliance Officer for TOMI, stated, “We are excited to join Premier’s supplier list and are committed to delivering the best products with the best value to its members.”
