Vistin Pharma ASA : Employee share options

Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 16 March and 22 March regarding the establishment of a new business area and the completion of a private placement. In connection with the commencement of employment the Company has today granted 2,400,000 employee share options at a strike price of NOK 11.20. Total outstanding share options following this grant is 4,000,000.
