Vistin Pharma ASA : Head of Energy Trading resigns

Oslo, Norway, 3 January 2019

Torbjørn Kjus, Head of Energy Trading at Vistin Pharma ASA, has decided to resign from his position to pursue other interests.

As a result of the resignation of Torbjørn Kjus, the Board of Directors of Vistin Pharma will evaluate the strategic options available for the Energy Trading division going forward. Further information regarding this business unit will be provided in due course.
